We are looking for a proactive and dependable team player to support the Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in supporting both primary operations and administrative functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan social media marketing timelines and write digital marketing material
- Utilize photography, videography, and video and photo editing tools to create marketing material for various social media and website
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Conduct regular social media competitor analysis and identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
- Assist in producing a brand style guide that best captures the company’s voice and mission
- Write marketing literature (blog posts, articles, etc.) for the company’s website to increase brand awareness
- Attend department meetings and contribute ideas for the department’s projects/activities
- Manage company social media accounts, namely, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Ad-hoc duties such as creating material for internal company use (tutorials, posters, etc.)
Qualification and criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field with at least 1 year of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Resourceful with “can-do” spirit and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive working attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess good copy-writing and proof-reading skills
- Ability to design artwork using Canva/online tools
- Capability to take instructions and create basic website data entry
