How you will contribute:
· Business Development - Partner closely and network with industry’s hiring managers and key stakeholders to value add and deliver high-quality end to end recruitment process
· Provide insights and sharing beyond the recruitment process – sharing market sentiments, trends, and competitor and candidates’ movements
· Candidate Management/Attraction – screen candidates and pitch to them about potential opportunities and maintaining relationship with them
· Market Research – Gather market intelligence to become creditable business partners to our clients and candidates.
