About the Team: The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the SOP and construct the indicator system for global HR operations processes;
- Drive the implementation of global HR operations improvement projects;
- Collaborate closely with the internal HR Technology team to advance the systematization of HR operations;
- Ensure the effectiveness of quality management in HR operations by establishing quality management and assessment mechanisms, and designing leading and lagging indicators;
- Propose and implement strategies and plans for organizational and operational models, leveraging a deep understanding of overall HR operations planning;
- Lead and develop the HR operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture through effective management and continuous professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HR operations processes and key factors, with the ability to analyze processes and identify optimization points;
- Experience in implementing cross-regional HR operations system projects, specifically within APAC, EMEA, and AMS regions;
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR operation practices in various regions, with the ability to develop targeted improvement projects;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally;
- Demonstrated strategic vision and a proven record of successfully developing feasible strategies aligned with the broader team’s goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
