Position title : Hotel cook
- Location: Beach Road
- 6 days ; Monday - Saturday (6.30am - 3pm) [off day based on schedule]
- Salary : $2,800 - $3,000 ( depend on experience)
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Preparation and cooking the food according to our café menu to our guest and cooking staff meal to all employees during each working day.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Maintenance high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Oversee the work of subordinates.
- Plan,discuss,create and derive new menu items if required.
- Other duties assigned by the management.
