Job Description:
- Participate in day-to-day development and implementation of redesign and new local and global HR initiatives to develop the company as an employer of choice.
- Conduct regular reviews and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices, and procedures and, provide support and education to line management.
- Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling to the business.
- Serve as subject matter expert and HR Business Partner for in-country business units, handle employee grievances and relations to address questions and escalations.
- Work on organizational effectiveness and change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence.
- Support line managers in the process of new employee orientation.
- Provide reports and in-depth analyses.
- Manage HR-related queries and work with line management on employee relations issues.
- Prepare existing workforce for the future through talent review and roll out employee and manager training and upskilling programs.
- Ensure smooth execution of monthly payroll and statutory reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
· Min 3-5 years experience within an HR function as a generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience in the blockchain industry.
· Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
· Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
· Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and plan routine activities
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
