Our client is a global MNC and they are looking to hire a Human Resource Executive for Compensation & Benefits and payroll
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination for monthly payroll preparation with an external payroll agent
- Preparation of employment contract and other remuneration letters
- Coordination for onboarding of new joiners
- Supporting annual budget preparation for compensation and benefits-related
- Prepares HR communication whenever necessary to concerned employees in a timely manner
- Preparation for and adherence to audit requirements for compensation and benefits-related processes
- Assist in any HR-related tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent with 3 year’s experience in HR Operations
- Possesses working experience with an MNC is preferred
- Proficient in the use of computer systems or experienced in participating in any HR digital projects.
- Strong team player and adaptable.
- Ability to cope well with stress in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
