Job Description:
- Handle applications, renewals, cancellations, and repatriation for Work Permits, S Pass, and Employment Pass (EP).
- Manage monthly payroll, CPF, Foreign Worker Levy, and annual income tax submissions (IR8A, NS Claims).
- Maintain personnel data files, prepare employment contracts, and handle WICA insurance claims.
- Arrange dormitory, catering, and skilled course enrolment for workers, and coordinate daily worker schedules.
- Assist in planning company events, handle administrative duties, renew road tac and vehicle insurance, and manage government claims and grant appplications.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years in HR and administration working experience in Construction Industry.
