Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR Admin functions excluding payroll but not limited to all foreign workers matters (e.g. work permit renewal) and staff welfare
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Handle training and development functions for the Company
- Assist scheduling of interviews and relevant documentation of the respective interview sessions
- Handle employment life cycle mainly for foreign workers
- Provide general office administrative support, including but not limited to involvement in office equipment maintenance & renovation, company vehicles and replenishing stock for office supplies
- Provide support to the office IT related matters as and when required
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, HR or Finance or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation
- Familiar with ERP, InfoTech or other HR systems will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in HR is required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous to work, data, and information
- Prior experience in HR system implementation
- Have good attitude and ownership toward changes and task assigned
- Passionate and pro-active personnel is a plus point
