- Prospect and acquire new clients through various sales techniques (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have CEI's
- Bachelor’s degree in (relevant field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
