Work Location: Admiralty
Work Week: 5 days Mon - Fri | 9.30am - 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with organization's goals
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process
- Handle employee relation issues fairly and consistently
- Assist recruitment and selection process
- Handle payroll and work pass application
- Conduct training programs for the employees to enhance their skills
- Assist in the performance management process by guiding the manager on performance reviews and development plans
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Min.1 year of HR working experience
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
