Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, product distribution, and overseeing wholesale operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and a proven track record in sales. Additionally, Sales Manager is to provide support to General Manager from time to time when require.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
1.Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
2.Sales Operations:
- Manage and lead the sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
Wholesale Operations:
1. Wholesale Strategy Development:
- Develop strategies to expand wholesale distribution channels.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with wholesale customers & suppliers.
2. Account Management:
- Manage relationships with wholesale clients & suppliers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Monitor wholesale sales performance and address any issues that arise.
3. Market Expansion:
- Identify new market opportunities for wholesale products.
- Develop and implement plans to enter new markets such as E commerce.
Qualifications:
- JAPANESE SPEAKING is a MUST as need to liaises with Japanese clients
- Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
- Experience in wholesale distribution and management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel software and MS Office.

Reporting:
- The Sales Manager for Sales will report to the Managing Director and General Manager.
