- Managing a team of operation assistants and executing the following tasks:
- Design and creation of props including carpentry works, setup and deployments of props on customer sites
- Wedding Setup and collections
- Setup and inventory management
- You must prepare all props that are required for each wedding setup and you are to ensure inventory are maintained and all required props required for the setup are prepared
- You are to ensure all requirements are prepared according to the works order for the week and to work with florist to ensure the correct quantity of flower arrangements are ready for deployment before the end of Friday for the weekend’s orders
- All setup must be completed by the completion time stated in each of the work order
- Tear Down and collection
- Upon completion of wedding, you are required to tear down all setup and to return all props back to office
- Please ensure all props are packed properly and protected from breakage during collection and inventory of props are to be maintained as well.
