- This position reports to the Supervisor of Customer Support in the payment team, which is responsible for managing queries in relation to customers’ local or cross-border payments. Key stakeholders will include Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking team and other Global/Local banks.
- Responsible for handling of customer’s query pertaining their payments and provide accurate response on timely manner.
- Investigate and manage any issue/query raised by the corresponding banks.
- Participate in process reviews and implement workflow improvements to increases productivity, improve quality & manage operational risk.
- Generate and prepare periodic reporting.
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in any field
- Min 1 years’ experience in Payments
- Basic knowledge and understanding of related compliance requirements and industry best practices.
- Fresh graduate with the right attitude can be considered.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
