3. Able to do sketches upon measurement
4. Take onsite measurement and calculate material required for the works
5. Able to assemble and install carpentry
6. Able to repair or touch up work to ensure hand over
7. Able to operate tools, machines and other equipment
8. Good time management and teamwork spirits
