Key Summary
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns as well as providing data and research for branded content partnerships for both existing and new business opportunities of the Hua Mei Training Academy (HMTA). He/she will work closely with department heads to formulate a systematic, process-driven approach for partnership, outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing communications (HMTA website, e-marketing communication platforms, social media account management, marketing collaterals and publicity materials)
- Develop strategies and curate content for e-marketing materials and social media updates
- Prepare marketing collaterals for HMTA’s corporate relations activities
- Oversee the editing and proof-reading of the copywriting of web content and marketing materials of HMTA programmes
- Responsible for the management of paid advertisements in social media
- Monitor and follow up with online responses and leads
- Partnership Development and Enhancement
- Work closely with Management in developing business partnerships through strategic deals, business calls and presentation to implement the proposed learning and development programmes
- Leads Generation and Sales (individual and community partners)
- Manage course enquiries, make recommendations for the appropriate courses and follow-up with the interested parties
- Prepare and facilitate course previews, course orientation, applicant screening and application reviews
- Process the acceptance and confirmation of applicants and community partners into the courses
- Market Analysis and Planning, New Programme Development
- Research and collate information on sector trends, industry peer marketing and advertising efforts for market benchmarking and other forms of market analysis
- Work closely with Management in market analysis and recommendations in relations HMTA’s marketing plans
- Support Management in planning, researching and coordinating HMTA’s student recruitment initiatives and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Creative Design or its equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in marketing communications
- Acute sensing of the market needs to be able to develop and implement marketing plans, including campaign management
- Competent in strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships with Community Care sectors
- Competent in social media management including content creation and blogging
- Able to design and organise promotional materials
- Able to organise and manage industry networking or sharing sessions
- IT savvy with knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Those with experience in VSDC (video editing) and Canva (cloud-based design) will be advantageous
- Possess strong oral, written and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in a collaborative work environment
- A creative and critical thinker with the ability to think out of the box
- Multi-tasker who is flexible, physically and mentally fit
- Proficient in Mandarin and able to understand local Chinese dialects
