JOB DESCRIPTION
· Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, enhancements, and innovations to optimize project management practices
· Actively seek feedback from mentors, trainers, and project managers to identify areas for improvement and development
· Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide updates on project status, progress, and key milestones
· Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations
· Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities, tasks, and deliverables
· Coordinate with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
· Participate in a structured training program to learn project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
· Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
· Learn how to use project management tools and software to manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
