About the Role:
We are seeking an Event Curator with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the MICE Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality conferences and a deep understanding of the latest trends in the MICE industry.
This is a newly created role.
You will have the opportunity to engage a wide range of people from different walks of life and different countries, and work with practitioners and professionals from different industries to research and curate exciting exhibitions and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Effectively work as part of the Project team in curating, project managing and realisation of individual and team projects and exhibitions through collaboration with artists, guest curators and external institutions
· Content Management: Oversee and manage the upload of conference content to various platforms.
· Speaker Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with speakers for various conferences.
· Social Media Content: Work on upcoming social media content to promote conferences and engage with our audience.
· Industry News: Stay updated with the latest news in the hotel industry and incorporate relevant information into conference content.
Requirements:
· A degree in History or related social sciences, with a strong interest and specialisation in MICE
· Have worked at least FIVE (5) years as a Curator in relevant curatorial experiences for MICE
· Excellent research and writing abilities with proficiency in English. Written and conversational proficiency in other languages would be advantageous
· Excellent organisational, project management and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team
· Adaptable and willing to experiment with new forms of curatorial
