Job Highlights
Salary: up to $3700 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Old Choa Chua Kang Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Plan, co-ordinate and schedule classroom availability for renovation works.
- Plan and implement change management activities.
- Track project deliverables and monitor payment.
- Co-ordinate between contractors and HTA FFM to support the ongoing renovation efforts.
- Perform daily inspection to ensure that Contractor maintains a high level of safety and cleanliness at the work site.
- Keep track of project documentation and paperwork or approval required from the relevant authority.
- Create accounts and keep track of privilege user accounts (ensure only authorized users have access to the system).
- Track user issues and work with vendor to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Monitor software development timeline performed by vendor.
- Collate data for system reports, i.e. user login, course published, course runs, user reported issues.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in any relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices Application.
- Experience in project/ vendor management is an addition!
