1. Identifying and establishing new projects
2. Site visit for check compliance to submit all authorities's submission
3. Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations for submission of projects
4. Negotiating contracts terms and conditions
5. To plan and perform testing activitives as well as assist in the implementation of all required
technical solutions
6. Participate in the preparation of the plan and check for SCDF ,JTC,URA, HDB complaince
7. Liase with sub-contractor and consultants for the execution of works
8. Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
9. Attend site and progress meeting of the projects
10. Manage costs and time
11. Deal with potential risks
12. Ensure successful completion and closure of project
