Responsibilities:
- To handle full set of accounts for the corporate group
- To liaise with external auditors for closing of year-end financial statements
- To prepare cash flow projections, if necessary
- To maintain proper accounting filing system
- Bank reconciliations and GST submissions
- Familiarity with MYOB accounting system and equivalent will be an added advantage
- Handling petty cash transactions and verify staff claims
- Issuing cheque payments and prepare T/T applications forms
- To assist accounts manager during yearend audit
- Process and control of AP & AR
- Ensure good filing practice of accounts documents and other banking documents to be orderly maintained and kept records up to date
- Handling telephone enquiries and correspondences relating to accounts and banking matters.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
