Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors, identifying defects, and implementing enhancement projects.
- Respond to resident feedback and service requests, manage arrears cases.
- Obtaining quotations, issuing work orders, applying for funding, and fulfilling any other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- ITE qualification with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- People-oriented and eager to learn.
- Capable of working under pressure, including beyond normal working hours, and available to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
