Key Responsibilities:
1. Support in making a significant impact on the growth strategy of Nexif Ratch Energy’s clean-energy business in the SEA region.
2. Key areas of focus for NRE include implementing and acquiring controlling stakes in solar, onshore/offshore wind, hydro, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and gas fired projects at various stages of development (early stage, construction, operations etc.).
3. Support senior members of the Investment team to screen, evaluate, analyze, conduct thorough due diligence, run financial analyses for various M&A / partnership opportunities in SEA.
4. Take an active role across all stages of the deal process, and actively support the senior members of the Investment team in the development and negotiation of termsheets, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Contracts, Financing Agreements, SPA, investment memos
5. Write investment memos and prepare compelling presentations, summarizing key findings from internal and external sources.
6. Support the senior members of the investment team on platform financing and capital raising related processes.
7. Effectively work with internal and external parties such finance, accounting, technical, legal, tax and environmental advisors as and when required.
8. Actively collaborate with project development teams across the various geographies to prepare portfolio presentations, budgets and reports for presentation to Nexif Energy’s board / approval committee(s).
9. Responsible for creating and maintaining / updating detailed financial models for the holding company and existing assets .
10. Ensure all business activities are carried out effectively and in line with internal and external policies, procedures and governance frameworks
