Location: Island wide ( depends on site being assigned )
Working Hours: Site-based: 830am to 530pm (Mon-Fri), 830am to 1230pm (alternate Saturdays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and plan site work, ensuring that targeted completion dates are met and works completed are within acceptable standard
- Coordinate, liaise and communicate with people of all levels internally and externally
- Oversee the material selection and purchase for use in construction
- Ensure that works on site comply with safety standards, authorities, and clients requirements
- Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly site progress report and other necessary documentation.
- Attend and take minutes of regular meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with consultants and relevant parties
- Resolve any technical issues and other challenges that may occur
- Assist the Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
- 2 years of construction site works experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CAD, and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Good analytical skills and resourceful
- Good knowledge in site management methodology
- Team player, good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different levels
- Willing to work flexible time when necessary
