Job Description
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to provide exceptional resident support and high-quality property management.
- Perform daily estate inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Implement improvement works to enhance property aesthetics and functionality based on inspection findings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
- Oversee lease agreements, including negotiation and renewal, ensuring all terms are met.
- Efficiently manage and resolve arrears cases, maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
- Coordinate routine maintenance tasks and work with contractors for timely repairs.
- Keep detailed records of inspections, feedback, maintenance activities, and arrears cases for thorough documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
