Job Description
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to support residents and ensure high-quality property management.
- Conduct daily estate inspections to assess maintenance needs and maintain high standards.
- Implement improvement works based on inspections to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
- Serve as the main contact for residents, addressing feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
- Administer lease agreements, including negotiation and renewal, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Manage and resolve arrears cases efficiently, maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Coordinate routine maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors for timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, feedback, maintenance activities, and arrears cases.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
