Project Coordinator (Assistant to Project Manager)

Salary: Up to $4000

Working hours: 44hours a week

Working Location: Tanah Merah Coast Road / Changi Area


Main responsibilities:

Responsible for documenting all relevant project information, including meeting minutes, contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.


Job Details:

  1. Performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, minutes meeting, answering phone calls, and organizing project data.
  2. Preparing and organizing project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans.
  3. Communicating with project stakeholders including managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of project timelines, goals, and requirements.
  4. Collecting, reviewing, and tracking project progress and performance reports.
  5. Updating project schedules and timelines as necessary and preparing reports that highlight project status and key metrics.
  6. Ensuring that project documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for those who need to access it.
  7. Coordinating with vendors to purchase supplies and materials for the construction projects.
  8. Assist in creating and managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that all costs fall within the budget allocated for the project.
  9. Assist in monitoring and maintaining project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  10. Assisting the project team in any other duties that may arise to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Basic requirements:

  1. Knowledge in construction industry will be highly advantageous.
  2. Should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office / AutoCad / Minutes of Meeting
  4. Able to work closely with suppliers to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a smooth and successful procurement process.
  5. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in related discipline.
