Admin Assistant

Grace Hr Solutions

Our client, an expanding electrical and ACMV company in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as a:

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform motor insurance / hire purchase financing duties;
  • Documentation and reception duties. (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO).
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily
  • payment collection, IU commissioning etc.
  • Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, inspection approval.
  • Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties.
  • Handling shipping administrative duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Meticulous and able to multitask;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Willing to work in Bukit Timah area and on alternate Saturdays; and
  • At least a full GCE “O” level certificate or completed a Certificate education from a recognized educational institution.
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English fluently as it is the main clientele base.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
  • Alternate Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm)

Supplemental pay types:

  • Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
