- Provide customer service for Pre-Operative and Admitting Services
- Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services
- Advise patients on their admission process
- Provide financial counseling, as well as collecting deposits from patients
Job Requirements
- Min. Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
- Good interpersonal and conversational skills
- A fairly high degree of patience, diplomacy, sensitivity, courtesy, problem-solving skills and self-motivation
