Project Coordinator/Supervisor

We provide end-to-end solutions, and have a team of experts in the network industry to provide a dedicated service for all our clients.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator/Supervisor to join us.

Job requirement:-

1. work days: 6 days
2. work hours: 7.30am to 6.00pm
3. report directly to project manager
4. able to use computer and proficient in basic microsoft office excel / word / powerpoint / outlook
5. able to send emails and communicate effectively in english with the client and other stakeholders
6. able to attend onsite meetings/visits
7. able to work in a team and in a fast-paced project management environment

Job scope:-

1. study and analyze Single Line Diagrams and plan for the field work to be done
2. arrange and deploy field technicians and ensure smooth completion and timely completion of work
3. coordinate between client requirements and onsite field technicians & supervisors
4. attend meeting (onsite and in office) with clients & other stakeholders
5. update work progress of onsite workers and material used
6. apply and send for application to building management or telecom exchanges for access
7. support the project manager on various tasks related to the project

Training and on-job training will be provided for candidates who do not have the relevant industry knowledge or experience.
