Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and processing orders
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Experience in the semiconductor, LED, or power electronics industries is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
