RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to the A&S division during the relocation process.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure in the new office.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of the IT systems to ensure they are working effectively.
- Provide support to the A&S division.
- Manage devices and coordinate device movements.
- Assist relocation vendors during visits and device testing.
- Manage inventory and provide physical assistance with all other requests that require physical actions.
- Onboard and offboard new users.
- Handle device-related tickets.
- Provide administrative assistance for printer, UPS, and other vendor-related service and maintenance requests.
- Provide administrative assistance for invoice-related queries.
OTHER DUTIES
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct policy of the Group
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in IT support or related field.
- Experience in device management, technical troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure setup and configuration.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
