Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and document findings in detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) or user stories
- Support change management activities by assessing the impact of changes, defining change management strategies, and assisting with communication and training efforts.
- Coordinate with testing teams to develop test cases based on business requirements and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), database concepts, and web technologies relevant to the industry
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users, to achieve project goals and objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
