Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting the migration of systems, tools, and processes? We’re looking for a project manager who can:
• Manage the implementation of the migration readiness framework for UBS in Singapore
• Drive reporting for the local entities in Singapore as part of the migration framework
• Train teams in Singapore on different tasks relating to the migration of systems, tools, and processes in UBS
• Work with regional and global teams on integration related activities in the bank
Based in Singapore, you will work with teams across different business functions to ensure migration readiness, and contribute to integration related activities.
• Practical experience in terms of managing complex systems and tools migration related activities
• A strong understanding of banking, and how support functions contribute to the business
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate the divisions and functions of the Group
• Entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of autonomy, client focused and able to manage senior management priorities simultaneously
• Strong team player, strategic and analytical thinker
• Strong communication skills, including with top management; experience with public speaking is an advantage
