Commercial and Delivery Executive

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering optimal support to all stakeholders in particularly to the Commercial team in the internal sales process from quote to booking. This role will require engagement in the external sales process and liaison with end user customers along with representatives of vendor partners and re-sellers.

The role will also be a key internal liaison with cross departments which include but not limited to Presales, Finance, Technology and Operations to support the sales life cycle. You will be accountable for managing all commercial related activities such as processing of orders, procurement of relevant products & services and coordinating with provisioning team on orders fulfilment. You are expected to deliver optimal supports to all stakeholders at all time.

  1. Be a key internal liaison with the cross departments which include but not limited to Presales, Finance, Technology and Operations to support the commercial and delivery life cycle.
  2. Responsible for managing all commercial related activities include but not limited to processing of sales orders, quotations, credit notes, manual billing, procurement of relevant products & services, coordinating with provisioning team on orders fulfilment as well as upkeep filing & records.
  3. Act as primary contact person for internal (Provisioning, Sales, Presales) and external project stakeholders (Customer, Vendor), Assist the ordering/provisioning process while interfacing with the internal process.
  4. Responsible to provide post-sales and general admin support to ensure high quality of service provided in order processing, sales and project registration as well other administrative tasks.
  5. Responsible for generating and submission of all work-related reports, perform good analysis and revenue forecast as required by the Company.
  6. Play an active role to assist Commercial Team Members to ensure that orders can be effectively and efficiently provisioned and deployed.
  7. Required to communicate effectively and build a strong relationship with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient delivery of post-sales services to customers. Expected to provide excellent customer services to all stakeholders.
  8. Service Delivery
  • Assist in service delivery with respect to vendor/partners with regards to raising orders, aligning ready for service date and payment control
  • Assist in service delivery with respect to customer to ensure that service are delivered within time, budget and expectation.

9. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
