Responsibilities:
- Administer job and internship placements.
- Research and identify emerging industries and sectors for internship and job opportunities.
- Plan, implement, and support the Division and team events e.g. Career Fairs, career talks, learning visit to companies, fire-side chats etc.
- Analyse market trends, legislative changes and industry demands aligned with the hiring needs and requirements of Learners, Graduates and Alumni.
- Strategise, engage and build a strong network of partner organisations to create internship and job opportunities in Singapore and overseas.
- Establish and implement a sound student marketing outreach plan to encourage participation in internship and experiential learning programmes.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to create and enhance Learners’ and alumni’s employability, by identifying skill gaps based on employers’ feedback, and recommend training collaboration with industries.
- Ensure timely and accurate data reporting of information required by the department
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience, with minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience in career advisory / job matching / talent development, marketing, project management and business development.
