Restaurant Supervisor Job Description
- Assist Manager in managing the operation at outlet in term of staff discipline, service standards & food quality.
- Assist Manager on marketing & promotion effert in all aspects including but limited to social media, tour group and membership rewards.
- Assist Manager in furnishing & verifying information to Accounts/HR on related matters.
- Assist in daily service operation (take orders, serves food, table settings, clear table, clean the outlet, etc.)
- Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
Jobs Requirements
- 6 Working Days
- Must work on weekends
- Operating Hours 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm
