Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Services Team in implementing the marketing and communications plan to raise the profile of the organization.
- Develop reports, newsletters, and craft compelling content for internal and public platforms.
- Create communication materials including internal memos, presentations, corporate websites, newsletters, magazines, and patient brochures, as well as managing both traditional and digital communication channels.
- Support the maintenance and management of all communication channels, including the website, intranet, and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with teams from different departments to ensure content remains coherent and effective across all communication channels.
- Support the Social Media team in employing various techniques, including visual, audio, and video content creation, to drive engagement across social media platforms.
- Monitor trending topics in the media and provide archiving support for media releases.
- Plan, support, and drive the execution of corporate initiatives and other assigned projects, including event management, corporate gifts management, and brochure management.
- Take the lead on certain programs, including delivering and facilitating engagement sessions and organizing events to gain firsthand insights and understand the groundwork.
- Handle paperwork and administrative briefs to ensure successful campaign
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical fields with keen interest in Marketing, Corporate Communications are welcome to apply
- Fresh Graduates with strong writing portfolio are welcome to apply
- IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital platforms
