We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Trainer to conduct soft-skills training in areas such as customer service, leadership, team-building and various professional soft-skills development programme.
Strong training delivery skills for multiple clients in service-related industries is a must.
The Trainer is expected to oversee the entire training delivery work from the preparation of training materials and logistics to the actual training delivery. The incumbent must be willing to travel for to conduct training for various clients across the Asia Pacific region, if required.

Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimally ACTA / ACLP certified
- DACE / DDDLP certified will be advantageous
- Experienced in conducting soft-skills training
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and a second language to liaise with Chinese, Malay, etc. speaking clients
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, and e-learning authoring tools
- Confident, independent and yet a team player
- May need to travel occasionally
