We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Management Trainee & Executive Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to support and work with our top executives, providing administrative support and facilitating communication across various departments and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist executives with daily office tasks and administrative duties.
- Facilitate external and internal communication, and coordination between different departments and employees across various countries.
- Participate in department-specific and project-specific activities, gaining exposure to product design, business operations, digital marketing, sales admin and etc.
- Manage business schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Occasionally travel for business purposes as required.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, maintaining a high standard of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required - fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to handle stress and able to keep up in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and willing to learn, with a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese, Malay, and/or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
