Job responsibilities
- Support the planning process for programme development and business growth.
- Conduct market research, identify insights and develop strategic recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs, synthesizing such data using various tools and frameworks
- Develop presentations and other administrative tasks
- Support programme development and execution.
Job requirements
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically. Will accept certification in strategic planning or internships, projects, or portfolios as evidence of experience
- One to two years of experience in marketing, research, or strategy
- Proficient use of various research, customer and analysis tools including CRM
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
