Job Descriptions:
- Manage full sets of accounts independently.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and ensure compliance with tax filing requirements.
- Oversee month-end closing processes and perform account reconciliations.
- Handle daily accounting functions, including preparing bank transfers for local expenses and generating TT payments for international suppliers.
- Prepare quarterly GST filings and annual IR8A submissions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data and transactions within the SAP B1 accounting system.
- Generate timely and precise financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheets.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage.
- Strong team player with a meticulous and responsible work approach.
- Positive attitude, high initiative, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
