Job Responsibitities:
- Responsible to the Head of Business Unit for the achievement of the project objectives and targets.
- Plan out the project resources, budget and seek approval from the Head of Business Unit.
- Recommend to the Head of Business Unit the members of the Project Management Team (PMT), including subcontracted staff and vendors.
- Manage the Project Management Team to effectively plan, execute, control and monitor the Project.
- Provide leadership and display commitment to the QHSES management system for Project.
- Select the vessels in conjunction with Commercial, Operation and/or Technical Managers and recommend to Head of Business Unit on the suitability of the vessels.
- Identify all project specific legislative requirements and ensure compliance.
- Point of Contact to client for all operational, technical and HSQE matters.
- Manages any emergency and to escalate to Head of Business Unit if required.
- Provide timely reporting to all relevant parties.
- Conduct weekly Management Site inspections.
- Adhere to the company HSQE policies and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of working experience in operations / project management roles
- Good understanding, knowledge and experience of offshore marine industry
- Familiar with Classification Society Rules/ MWS Guidelines
