Job Scope
- Attend, check and report faulty area
- Arrange contractor to attend to the faulty area
- Replenish pantry / stationeries cabinet
- Top up supplies and maintenance
- Update material summary (excel base worksheets)
- Assist and follow up with setting up E-invoice account.
- Sales order against quotation on prices, incoterms, delivery term and validity.
- Verify quotation prices with special pricelist
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in MS Excel
