We are seeking a potential Marketing Assistant to join our digital marketing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers and engage them to show up at outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via all communication channels timely, including whatsapp, call pm, email, etc.
- Design effective and persuasive talking points and messages to improve conversion rate.
- Booking appointments in system.
- Maintain customer information in CRM system, e.g. hubspot
- Brief campaign mechanics with sales and operation team.
- Track daily trial sales and provide performance report by weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Enhance chatbot automation process.
- Assist in other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Patient and good interpersonal communication skills.
- At least a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Good at office software, e.g. excel, PPT.
- Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin due to marketing contents.
- Prior experience in beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn.
Full time
Monday to Friday Office Hours.
