Join this global financial services organisation as Business Continuity Manager for APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and test robust business continuity plans for the APAC region.
- Support Crisis Management teams during disaster situations.
- Provide high-quality, practical business continuity advice.
- Promote a culture of preparedness.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) assessments.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Plan and execute scenario tests for BCP effectiveness.
- Lead incident response efforts during disruptions or crises.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Maintain records and communication on business continuity issues.
- Review internal policies and procedures regularly.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and reporting standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in business continuity management/planning
- Crisis and/or disaster management
- Financial Services experience a must.
- Knowledge of BCI Good Practice Guidelines / ISO22301.
- CBCI accreditation (or part completed).
Compensation:
- Annual salary of $135,000 - $175,000
- Competitive bonus
