JOB PROFILE: Project Engineer
Main functions:
The list of activities are subject to changes by management. All the above shall be carried out according to the directives and in accordance with company’s managers.
1) Prepare, schedule, co-ordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
2) Studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
3) Installs or oversees installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
4) Monitor compliance to applicable code and project specifications.
5) Interact with clients and consultant to interpret their needs and requirements.
6) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule and plans) and report regularly on project status.
7) Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
8) Co-operate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
9) Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
