Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
· Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products.
· Provide accurate information about promotions, payment options, and company policies.
· Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
· Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
· Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
· Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Qualifications:
· Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
· Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.
