RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Campus Infrastructure and Services (OCIS).
• Responsible for master planning activities for campus development projects.
• Work independently and collectively to gather insights and data, distil, and analyze to derive proposals.
• Actively manage consultants in feasibility studies and design developments.
• Collaboration with other OCIS teams on inter-linked areas related to campus space planning.
• Collaboration with internal admin and academic stakeholders, etc.
• Liaison with industry, the local community, and various agencies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (A master's degree could be advantageous).
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in campus master planning or infrastructure planning and development or related fields.
• Experienced in campus master planning for education infrastructure for 5 to 10 years in Singapore.
• Experienced in managing complex and strategic project planning within established timelines and budgets.
• Strong planning and project management skills for large-scale projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
