Job Overview
Snap Fitness Singapore is currently looking for a Personal Training Manager for our brand new clubs. We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, while playing a key role in managing and developing our team of Personal Trainers, and driving results through key performance indicators and ensuring exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive Personal Training sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies, providing product knowledge and expertise, and achieving sales targets.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Provide ongoing training and development to Personal Trainers, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Develop and implement innovative and engaging fitness programs to meet the needs and preferences of our members, and continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the programs.
- Ensure seamless member onboarding and orientation experiences
- Develop and run high-quality, safe, and effective group fitness classes in a variety of formats and training modalities
Requirements
- Minimal 3 years experience in fitness-related industry, with at least 1 year of management experience.
- Degree in Sports Science or any related field is preferred; and/or Personal Training Certification from Singapore Sports Council / internationally recognized and accredited certifying organization (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, FISAF, ISSA, NCSF).
- First Aid + AED Certification (or be willing to obtain).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
