Job Duties:
- Handle outbound calls to customers in accordance with SOPs
- Preparation and analysis of data for reporting
- Basic data entry to input data into system.
- Adhere to the organization regulations to ensure that the information remain private and confidential
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable to make outbound calls
